UPDATE 8/11/2026
I would like to start this update by saying a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, not only in our first few weeks of opening the taproom, but also to those that helped us throughout this journey that started long ago. Without you, Midway 154 brewing LLC would not exist. Thank you! All of you! We are truly blessed to have you in our lives.
So, here is the state of things as they stand. As of 8/1/2026 the taproom is open! Unfortunately, due to circumstances that are beyond our control, we are not yet able to brew our own beer. When will that be you ask? Well we’re not sure, but we’re hoping that it will be real soon. In the meantime, we have hand picked some exceptional selections from some of our friends in the local craft beer community. As we get this train a rolling, we will be adding to our offerings as well. So stay tuned and if you haven’t yet had the chance, stop in, check out the place and enjoy a pint or two with us!

Update 2/8/2026
So it has been a bit since I have provided an update, but the time has come. As I have mentioned before, there are big changes coming to Midway 154. When we bought the building/ museum a few years ago we had a plan to turn it into a brewery. Over the last couple of years we have been working towards that goal. Now that most of the infrastructure is in place it is time to clear out the remaining museum items that we will not be keeping for decor. Please see the updated pictures below to get an idea of what is left. Through we are not open on a regular schedule at the moment, we would be happy to set up a time for you to come see what we have for sale. If you or any one that you know may be interested, please reach out to us at midway154@yahoo.com. We hope to have the brewery up and running this spring so keep checking back a come see us for some hand crafted beers when we get up and running.

There are major changes coming to Midway 154 over the next year to year and a half. Please keep an eye on this section of our website for news on what we’re up to. As of now, we are planning on keeping the museum open with our current hours through to the end of October. Though we are not currently publishing a news letter, please feel free to be the first to know when major news breaks by signing up for email updates at the bottom of the page. Thanks to all who have stopped in to visit us, we greatly appreciate your support in our first season of operation.
Here at Midday 154, we often get asked one questions in particular. What are we? This is a difficult question for us to answer, because the fact is, we’re not sure our selves. Some of you may know where we’re heading and what our ultimate goal is, but we’re not there yet and truth be told, we have a lot of work ahead of us to get there. More on that later. For the time being, the best answer to the question, what are we is, we are a museum, we are a Route 66 gift shop and we are a place where people can come in and enjoy a bit of a bygone era. Please feel free to stop in and enjoy a bit of the past with us. Cheers!
